Graduate Cover Supervisor - Hillingdon
Daily Rate: 90 - 100 Full-Time Immediate Start

A well-established secondary school in Hillingdon is seeking a Graduate Cover Supervisor to join their team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is considering a future in education and already has experience working in a school setting.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering pre-set lessons to classes in the absence of their usual teacher, maintaining a positive learning environment, and managing student behaviour effectively. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on classroom experience and develop your confidence and teaching skills.

Key Requirements:
A recent graduate (within the last 1-3 years)
Experience working with young people in a school environment (essential)
Strong classroom management and communication skills
A proactive, flexible, and professional approach
Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30am-3:30pm)
