A support staff recruitment agency is seeking a Customer Service Representative in St Albans. The role involves building client relationships and providing excellent service. Ideal candidates are recent graduates with strong communication skills and a personable telephone manner. The position offers a salary of £28,000 - £30,000 plus bonus, and is office-based with standard working hours.

This person will be working within a team of 4 providing a great level of service to various clients, building and maintaining relationships. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is a recent Graduate; some previous experience within customer service would be beneficial, ideally within B2B customer service, but not a necessity. Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships professionally are a must for this opportunity.
Salary: 28,000 - 30,000 plus bonus.
Hours: Monday - Friday - 8:30am - 5:30pm. Office based.
