Job title: Graduate Application Support

Location: Preston (Lancashire) or Frimley (Surrey)

We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements; for this role you will be expected to attend your site 3-5 days per week.

Salary: £34,000 + £2,000 Welcome Bonus

What you’ll be doing
  • Provide Application Support, Administration and Maintenance services to our global users and stakeholders
  • Make configuration changes to applications when needed
  • Follow standard ITIL processes like Incident Management, Access Management, Request Management and Change Management to deliver an efficient support service for one or more applications in our Products & Applications portfolio
  • Improve user experience and support processes
  • Work alongside other like-minded individuals in similar roles for other applications across the portfolio

Qualification requirements

As a minimum requirement you’ll need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2.2 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any IT course (e.g. Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computing & IT, etc.) A degree in a non-IT course, but one which exposes individuals to IT processes (e.g. Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, etc.)
