Exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join this global Energy company.

This is an exciting time to join this world-leading Energy company as it evolves from a traditional Oil & Gas enterprise into a future-focused Energy leader. This transformation includes the establishment of a highly successful new Power Trading desk within the Energy Trading team and ventures into cutting-edge solutions that address the evolving demands of the Energy sector. These initiatives include advanced Gas infrastructure, LNG technology, effective Energy Storage systems, and Green Energy solutions. These innovations create opportunities for talented individuals to contribute to this evolution, working alongside industry top professionals and leveraging the latest technology.

1. Plan, execute, and control the project adhering to internal methodology and standards.
2. Proactively analyse variances against plan and trends threatening scope, time, cost, and quality commitments.
3. Identify project risks and take appropriate actions.
4. Engage stakeholders such as users, customers, and suppliers to benefit from delivered products, services, and changes.
5. Develop and implement change and engagement plans to achieve behavior changes and maximize benefits.
6. Seasoned IT Project Manager with at least 10 years of experience in the Oil and Gas / Energy industry.
7. Experience in delivering data platform implementation projects, preferably Microsoft Azure-based and in Oil & Gas.
8. Managed teams of 20+ members.
9. Strong stakeholder management skills; ownership of the data platform vision and driving transformation; risk and change control expertise.
10. Ability to work from central London offices 3 days a week.

This role requires a positive attitude, ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multicultural environment. You should be a self-starter, logical thinker, quick learner, with strong initiative, and excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Clear and concise writing skills are essential.
