You'll be involved in post-contract and onsite responsibilities, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. The role is suited to a Quantity Surveyor with hands-on experience in contract administration and a strong understanding of site-based cost control. • Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a consultancy or client-side environment
• Strong post-contract and on-site experience essential
• Familiarity with new-build and refurbishment projects, ideally in hospitality or leisure sectors (Highly Advantageous)
• Working knowledge of JCT contracts
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Full UK driving licence
• Willingness to travel to sites across the Midlands and North East
