• Proven financial management with significant P&L ownership.
• Understanding of commercial drivers in the slots market including volatility and RTP management.
• Strong knowledge of slots mathematics and game development pipelines.
• Experience leading large, multi-disciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with iGaming regulations such as UKGC and MGA.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L for the games division, ensuring revenue growth and effective budget management.
• Define long-term games roadmap and product strategy aligned with market trends.
