A recruitment agency is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a portfolio of clients in Guernsey. The role requires providing accurate and well-presented client deliverables, supporting the fund team, and possessing a professional qualification like CGI, ACCA, or ACA. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience and strong communication skills. Applications are accepted only from Guernsey residents with the necessary permits.

The Assistant Manager acts as a key point of contact and lead for a portfolio of clients under the direction of a Manager and will be expected to provide accurate, well-presented client deliverables across their portfolio as well as supporting the wider fund team.
- Lead for a portfolio of clients and provide accurate, well-presented client deliverables.
- Support the wider fund team as directed by a Manager.
- Recognised professional qualification such as CGI (ICSA), ACCA, ACA and/or a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in fund / fiduciary administration.
- Pro-active self-starter with the ability to work independently and accurately under pressure.
- Excellent communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer literacy and problem-solving skills.
