Job summary

A community support organisation in Coventry is seeking a Fundraiser / Bid Writer to develop and implement fundraising strategies. You will cultivate relationships with donors and execute fundraising events and campaigns. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of fundraising experience, a proven record of meeting targets, and strong communication skills. This role offers a salary between £25k–£32,500 pro rata, with flexible working options available.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fundraising.
  • Proven track record of achieving fundraising targets.
  • Experience in writing and submitting grant proposals and fundraising applications.
  • Experience in planning and executing fundraising events and campaigns.

Position Overview
  • As the Fundraiser / Bid Writer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies to meet our fundraising goals.
  • You will identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, sponsors, and grant‑making organisations, and build strong partnerships that align with the organisation's values and mission.

Person Specification
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fundraising.

Salary, Hours and Perks
  • Part‑time or full‑time can be considered.
  • The salary is £25k‑£32,500 pro rata, dependent on experience and qualifications. If you are currently in a higher salaried role this can be discussed at the interview.
