A leading logistics company is seeking a Counterbalance Forklift Driver in Hereford. This role offers an immediate start with a competitive pay of £13.17ph plus a monthly shift allowance. Candidates should possess a valid external Counterbalance licence and have forklift experience. The position involves operating forklift trucks, supporting production tasks, and ensuring safety protocols. Opportunity for full-time employment after successful temporary period.

Counterbalance Forklift Driver – Immediate Start – Hereford, paying £13.17ph + £290 monthly shift allowance (total £14.87 per hour including monthly shift allowance) + Overtime + Excellent Benefits. Working Monday to Friday on 3 rotating shifts.
Our client, a world-leading manufacturer in Hereford, is looking for Counterbalance Forklift Drivers with a valid external licence (dated within the last 3 years). This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term temporary work with high earning potential, full training, and genuine career progression. Full-time contracts may be available for the right candidate following a successful 12-week temporary period.
- Safely operate a counterbalance forklift truck to move stock and materials
- Support production with loading/unloading tasks
- Carry out checks to ensure safe use of equipment
- Assist with machine operations, quality checks, and general production tasks
- Work effectively as part of a supportive, safety-first team
- Valid external Counterbalance licence (RTITB/ITSSAR accredited, dated within last 3 years) – essential
- Previous forklift or warehouse/production experience
- Good English & numeracy skills
- Reliability, adaptability, and attention to detail
- Willingness to work rotating shifts
- Ability to pass drug & alcohol testing
- Monday to Friday
- Days: 06:00–14:00
- Afternoons: 14:00–22:00
- Nights: 22:00–06:00
- £13.17ph + £290 monthly shift allowance (Combined rate including monthly shift allowance £14.87)
- Overtime available at enhanced rates
