Zusammenfassung
A dynamic logistics company in East Grinstead is looking for a motivated Yard Operative. This hands-on role involves picking, packing, and managing stock while ensuring a safe working environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in warehouse settings and possess a forklift license or a willingness to be trained. The position offers a competitive salary of £28,500 plus bonuses and a supportive team environment with opportunities for progression.

Aufgaben
- Pick and pack materials accurately for customer orders.
- Safely load and unload vehicles using a forklift.
- Organise and manage stock, ensuring correct labelling and storage.
- Process paperwork and stock updates using internal systems.
- Keep the yard and warehouse clean and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients or delivery drivers.
- Support colleagues in other areas of the logistics operation as required.
