Job summary
An educational staffing agency is seeking a dedicated DT Teacher for a long-term position in Kent, starting in January. The role requires full planning and marking of lessons and is open to all DT specialisms including Product Design and Textiles. Ideal candidates will have QTS and experience in UK secondary schools. This position offers a competitive salary of £150–£220 per day, with a strong emphasis on practical teaching and fostering student creativity.
Qualifications
- Must have UK secondary teaching experience.
- Full planning and marking required.
- All DT specialisms considered (e.g., Product Design, Textiles).
Responsibilities
- Deliver practical DT lessons across KS3-KS4.
- Contribute to a positive learning environment.
- Support students' creativity and technical skills.
