The business supports customers across the protein and bakery sectors, including producers of bacon, salami, hot dogs, poultry, lunch meats, cakes, muffins, cookies, crackers, pastries, bread, and buns.

Built on innovation, engineering excellence, and trusted global brands, Middleby Food Processing is entering a pivotal phase of growth as it prepares to operate as a standalone public company.
