Are you an experienced Production Manager or Shift Manager looking to join a bigger business with lots of opportunity?

Excellent opportunity for a Section Leader to join a large multi-site FMCG business.

As a Section Leader, you will take ownership of ensuring the smooth running of production, overseeing two team leaders and a team of circa 60. Your people management experience will be key to your success!

This role focuses on people and process; you will ensure proper procedures are in place while leading from the front. You need to be an influential leader who offers support, builds rapport, and addresses issues proactively.

Ideally, you will have experience in food manufacturing / FMCG and have worked in a fast-paced environment before.

Our client is seeking a hardworking, ambitious individual who can handle the pressures of a fast-paced site where people are central.

This role involves working Wednesday to Saturday late shifts from 5 pm to 3 am.
