A leading tech company in London is seeking a Real Estate & Workplace Project Manager to oversee construction projects and manage key relationships. The successful candidate will ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, requiring 5+ years of project management experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead significant projects in a rapidly growing region.
Mission: The Real Estate & Workplace Project Manager will manage Databricks' EMEA Project Management scope, with full responsibility for Capital Expenditures across the region. You will help develop strategies, implement tactical solutions, and deliver clear reporting to support Databricks' continued growth across EMEA. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the team’s largest projects and manage key 3rd-party relationships that will be the backbone of our regional expansion. This region has thousands of employees with plans to grow significantly over the coming years. You may be required to travel. This position reports directly to the International REW Leader.
