We are currently recruiting an Engineering Supervisor to join a highly reputable blue‑chip brand within the FMCG manufacturing sector on a 4 on 4 off days basis. Role Summary: The Engineering Supervisor is a middle‑management position. You will be responsible for managing and developing 5–10 engineers, playing a lead role in projects, leading root‑cause analysis of failures, attending managerial meetings and completing hands‑on work when required.
