Job summary

A leading electrical installation company in the UK is seeking a Maintenance Electrician for a busy plant. The role requires strong electrical skills, knowledge of PLC, and experience with maintenance management systems. Candidates should be familiar with IEE regulations and ideally have worked in a beverage or food environment. This is a team position valuing staff contribution.

We work within Power, Lighting and Automation in prestigious clients where we have built our good reputation for many years.

We are looking for a Maintenance Electrician to join one of our clients busy teams in this large plant for upto 3 months.

  • you will be electrically bias and with a good working knowledge and understanding of PLC
  • fault finding and and experience of working with maintenance management systems that are computerised
  • you will be responsible for the electrical breakdowns efficintly to avoid downtime
  • conducting planned and preventative maintenance schedules
  • you will be fully adapt to working with IEE regulations and ideally have experience with a beverage or food environment and the relevant safety surrounding these environments
  • working with computerised tracking and monitoring systems
