The role includes:

• Working with senior members of the team
• Spotting new opportunities for current clients and suggesting new ones
• Booking travel and accommodation for agents and clients
• Day to day support of agents and clients
• Organising meetings - internal and external
• Updating job records
• General administration and ad hoc tasks
