A leading food manufacturer in the Trowbridge area is seeking a Head of Health, Safety & Environment. This leadership role offers the chance to implement safety initiatives and manage a dedicated team. Candidates should have significant experience in Food Manufacturing/FMCG environments and hold a NEBOSH Diploma. This position includes a competitive salary, company car, and bonus scheme, reflecting the seniority of the role.

- Lead and develop a team of Safety Champions, empowering colleagues across the business.
- Take charge of hazard analysis and risk assessments.
- Work closely with authorities, auditors, and key stakeholders to drive improvement.
