Job Title: PE Teacher
Location: Hull
Salary: M1 to UPS3 per annum (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: January 2026 or sooner
Contract Type: Day-to-day / Long-term | Full-time / Part-time

Are you an enthusiastic and dynamic PE Teacher ready to inspire students through engaging and inclusive physical education?

GSL Education are seeking a dedicated Physical Education (PE) Teacher to join a dynamic school in Hull. This exciting opportunity allows you to deliver high-quality PE lessons, encourage teamwork and resilience, and help students develop a lifelong appreciation for health and fitness.

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging PE lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Promote physical fitness, teamwork, and positive sportsmanship among students.
• Create an inclusive environment where every student feels motivated and supported.
• Manage behaviour effectively and maintain a safe, structured learning space.
• Contribute to extracurricular activities, such as sports clubs and school competitions.
• Track and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them succeed.

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of the PE curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for promoting physical activity and a healthy lifestyle.
• An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
• A full CV covering the last 10 years of employment history, with any gaps explained.
