Are you passionate about delivering high quality football sessions to Sport Academy performers? We're looking for an experienced and motivated Women's Football Coach to play a key role in enhancing player performance in our Women's Football Academy, in partnership with Exeter City Women's Football Club.

• Delivering high quality football sessions to enhance individual and team performance
• Designing and implementing training sessions in collaboration with Exeter College and Exeter City Community Trust staff
• Co‑ordinating and supporting regular competitive fixtures
• Maintaining a high‑performance environment with professionalism and purpose
• Engaging in quality assurance to keep standards sharp and delivery on‑point
• Reporting regularly to the Sports Academy Area Manager, sharing insights and progress

• Experience of coaching football in a performance environment
• Recognised football coaching qualifications
• The ability to motivate and inspire learners / players
• A flexible approach to working arrangements
