Salary Up to £75,000 per annum (Depending on experience)

In this role, you will have specific finance responsibilities over four services in the South Coast (Southampton Hospital, Portsmouth Surgical Centre, and a UTC co-located on each site). The role involves developing good working relationships with the operations team across the relevant operating units and supporting the Hospital Directors.
The role will be based at the sites with occasional travel to Head Office in Reading.

As Senior Finance Manager, you will oversee Southampton, Portsmouth, and UTCs. You will develop good working relationships with teams both internally and externally, including local commissioning bodies and NHS Trusts, so excellent stakeholder management skills are essential.
Supported by a central management accounting team in Reading and an Assistant Finance Manager reporting directly to you, your focus will be on providing sound financial information, strategy, annual planning, and forecasting. You will mainly work with local operational Senior Leadership teams to drive optimal financial performance while maintaining excellent patient care, with exposure to divisional and group Executive teams.
