CMC Consulting are partnering with an exciting, fast-growing Tech business that is entering a crucial phase of its scale‑up journey. As part of their continued expansion, they are now looking to recruit their very first senior finance hire, a role that will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of the organisation and driving its next stage of growth.
This is a standout opportunity to join a high‑growth technology company as a genuine strategic partner. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will help define financial strategy, build scalable processes, and establish the financial infrastructure needed to support rapid expansion.
- Oversee day‑to‑day finance operations.
- Lead the preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting, including forecasts and variance analysis, to provide leadership with clear financial insights.
- Liaise with external auditors, accountants, and tax advisors across relevant jurisdictions to ensure full compliance with statutory requirements.
- Support annual budget cycles and contribute to long‑term strategic financial planning.
- Design and implement scalable financial systems, controls, and reporting tools, ensuring processes keep pace with business growth.
- Manage core financial processes including banking, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, and employee expense reporting.
- Drive process improvement through automation and adoption of new financial tools to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Proven experience within a similar role and industry
- ACA / CA / ACCA / ACMA fully qualified with relevant post‑qualification experience
- Strong Excel and systems skills
