Qualifications

• Strong technical accounting background with a deep understanding of shared services environments.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading a shared services or central finance team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Shared Services reporting function.
• Oversee the month-end close process.
• Control and manage all statutory audit and internal audit activities.
• Drive best-in-class service delivery through clear KPIs and performance reporting.
• Build and sustain a high-performing Shared Services team.

Skills

Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills

Education

Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
