Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for financial analysis and operational efficiency? My client is looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their team in Coventry. This role is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, drive cost-saving initiatives, and provide insightful financial analysis that shapes business decisions.
What You'll Be Doing:
Conducting in-depth operational and financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Partnering with cross-functional teams to drive efficiencies and improve business processes.
Developing and maintaining financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
Monitoring KPIs and providing actionable insights to leadership.
Preparing financial reports and presentations, highlighting performance trends and improvement areas.
Implementing and tracking cost-control measures.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in financial planning & analysis or operational finance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills to translate complex financial data into clear insights.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial software and ERP systems is a plus.
A proactive and adaptable approach, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
