Job summary
A water industry company is seeking Trainee Field Technicians to assist in identifying water leaks in underground networks. The successful candidates will receive comprehensive training, with a working schedule from Monday to Thursday nights, and may transition to a permanent position. Applicants must have a full clean driving licence and basic computer skills. This role offers an excellent training program and career progression opportunities.

- Assist in detailed surveys to locate water leakages.
- Provide leak detection services to repair teams.

Skills
Would you like to join a company that offers full training and support to kick start a career in the Water Industry? Do you have a full clean driving licence? My client is recruiting for Trainee Field Technicians who will be covering your local area. The successful candidate will be trained to find water leaks on the underground water networks. This role is working Nights - 40 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday). This is a temporary to permanent role for the right candidate.
- Monday – Thursday working
- Company van/fuel card provided

- To assist in detailed surveys to identify the type and location of water leakage
- Assist repair gangs by providing leak detection services
- Assist in survey work/project work not normally associated with day-to-day leak detection
- To assist in adequate and accurate completion of all paperwork (including time sheets, survey forms, leak details and other duties as required)
- Possess basic computer skills as you will be uploading data onto a laptop
- It is essential that you hold a full and valid driving licence as you are required to drive for the role
