Resumo da oferta
A leading poultry producer in the United Kingdom is looking for a dedicated individual to oversee all aspects of labelling, boxing, and dispatch of poultry products. The role demands a hands-on approach to ensuring product traceability and effective use of key equipment. Key responsibilities include supervising packing processes, conducting quality checks, and maintaining compliance with internal standards. The shift pattern is 4 on 4 off, from 5 am to 5 pm, providing a structured working environment.
Responsabilidades
- Ensure product traceability is maintained.
- Effectively use labelling machines, metal detectors, and vision systems.
- Ensure correct batch codes and stock routines are followed.
- Conduct and record MAP and CCP checks.
- Visually appraise product and report non-conformances.
- Supervise packing processes to meet production deadlines.
- Audit dispatch paperwork for compliance.
- Train new starters and guide staff.
