We have a fantastic opportunity available for a Senior Auditor to join our Internal Audit & Investigation Service here at Wokingham Borough Council, on a full-time, permanent basis.
As the Senior Auditor, your role will work within statutory, council and government guidelines, ensuring statutory compliance in the delivery of internal audit.
You will provide internal audit and investigation services and advice across a range of Council departments, and to external clients and partners as directed by the Head of Internal Audit & Investigation. This will include providing anti-fraud and anti-corruption awareness across the organisation and supporting key projects within areas such as IT Systems to ensure the internal control, governance and risk management Framework across the Council is sound, effective and efficient.
