Job summary
A leading safety organization in the UK is seeking individuals to transition from hospitality to an auditor role. Responsibilities include conducting food safety checks, staff training, and maintaining compliance. Ideal candidates will have Level 4 qualifications in Food Safety, communication skills, and a full UK driving license. This role offers flexible working hours and local assignments, with minimal overnight stays required.

Responsibilities
- Do food safety checks at client sites.
- Train and coach staff while on-site.
- Write up inspection results and share with client managers.
- Collect samples and send them to labs for testing.
- Plan inspections to meet deadlines.
- Keep in touch with your team and client contacts.
- Jump in on other tasks when needed.
