Qualifications

• Must have a full UK driving license.
• Ready and willing to travel.
• Being registered with CIEH or IOSH is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Do food safety checks at client sites.
• Train and coach staff while on-site.
• Write up inspection results and share with client managers.
• Collect samples and send them to labs for testing.
• Plan inspections to meet deadlines.
• Keep in touch with your team and client contacts.
• Jump in on other tasks when needed.

Education

Level 4 qualifications in Food Safety and Health & Safety
