A leading commercial real estate company is seeking a Site Manager in Leeds to support the Estate Manager and ensure smooth operations at the Aire Park development. The role involves daily tenant liaison, managing contractor relationships, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and a background in real estate management. This position offers the chance to grow within a dynamic team in a vibrant new district.

This newly created role is to work alongside the established Colliers management team, reporting directly to the Estate Manager. The site in question is the new Aire Park development, on the South Bank of Leeds just 7 minutes from the train station. Aire Park is an exciting new district for the Leeds community, and it is a great opportunity to join a growing management team based on site working alongside our client and service partners to create a new destination.
