This role exists to ensure our client sites remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. Your work helps create comfortable, compliant spaces for building occupants.

• Carry out general repairs, planned maintenance, and minor plumbing and decorating across multiple client sites.
• Perform regular safety checks and maintain accurate record-keeping.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with building occupants.
• Proactively identify and report maintenance or safety issues.

• Proven experience in general building maintenance and handyman tasks.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety practices in a facilities environment.
• Ability to work independently across multiple sites with a proactive, problem‑solving approach.
• Good communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Willingness to undertake further training and adapt to flexible working hours.
• Full UK driving licence.
