A major industrial firm in Rugby seeks a Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias. You'll be part of a growing team, responsible for maintenance tasks on PLC control systems and variable speed drives. A Level 3 qualification and 3 years of electrical maintenance experience is required, with preference for candidates from heavy industry backgrounds. The role features excellent training, progression opportunities, and a generous salary structure.

Salary: £48,162
Working hours: Days Mon – Fri (8am – 4:30pm Mon – Thurs) (8am – 3:30pm Friday) – 1 Week in 9 on afternoons

We are looking for an electrically biased maintenance engineer to join our huge industrial site in Rugby and be part of a growing team within a heavy industry environment. Successful applicants will be electrically biased with experience on 3 phase, 415v, will be able to fault find across PLC control systems (Siemens), work on variable speed drives. More important than even skill-based experience is a willing attitude and an enjoyment of heavy, dirty engineering. Ideally applicants will come from a heavy industry background, however applicants from all backgrounds including forces experience will be strongly considered.
