About you

• Associate CIPD
• Two years' experience in providing advice and guidance on HR policies and processes
• Two years' experience in managing disciplinary, grievance, and absence procedures
• The ability to work as part of a team, aiming to improve service quality and support colleagues

What you'll do

• Manage human resource and employee relations issues in accordance with policies, procedures, and legislative requirements (e.g., disciplinary, grievance, capability, attendance)
• Undertake investigations related to personnel matters
• Assist with development and management of procedures, record-keeping, and reporting activities
• Coordinate responses to requests under legislation such as freedom of information and data protection
• Liaise with department managers and provide expert advice on sickness absence and Occupational Health
• Prepare absence management reports for case review panels
