A prominent aerospace organization seeks an HR Advisor to support the HR Business Partner in delivering HR processes and compliance. The role involves providing guidance, managing employee relations, and ensuring adherence to employment law. The ideal candidate should possess a CIPD Level 5 qualification and at least 4 years of HR generalist experience, especially in a manufacturing environment. This position offers a salary of up to £50,000 along with generous benefits including a pension and holiday allowance.
HR Advisor – Aerospace Sector (CIPD Level 5)
Location: Portsmouth, UK (full time on site)
Working Pattern: 9 day fortnight (every other Friday is a non working day)
Salary: Up to £50,000

My client is an Aerospace organisation involved in the design, manufacturing, certification and services for mission‑critical equipment. They support both civil and military operators, working closely with OEMs and maintenance facilities. This is an organisation that has been established for 50 years, a global leader in mission‑critical equipment, operating in over 120 countries.
The HR Advisor will support the HR Business Partner in delivering HR processes, compliance and business partnering. You will provide HR guidance to managers, manage policies, manage employee relations and ensure compliance with employment law. You will be a focal point for resolving issues and supporting employees through various stages of their employment.
