A national healthcare provider is seeking an Early Days in Custody Practitioner to join their team at HMP Elmley. This role involves supporting new prisoners during their initial days in custody, developing individualised care plans, and managing risks associated with mental health. Candidates must be registered mental health nurses with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience. The role offers a salary ranging from £40,682 to £48,580 per annum and requires effective communication and relationship-building skills.
We have an exciting opportunity for a registered mental health nurse to join our Early Days in Custody Team (EDiC) at HMP Elmley.

As a EDiC Practitioner you will:
