A prominent publishing company in London is seeking a Campaigns Manager on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role involves leading marketing strategies for a variety of non-fiction titles, coordinating with various departments, and creating content strategies across digital platforms. We are recruiting a campaigns manager on a fixed term basis to work across an array of non-fiction titles here at Penguin General.
The Penguin General Communications team connects books with readers. Working across publicity, marketing and digital, we deliver audience-led campaigns for some of the most influential voices in publishing today - from Elif Shafak, Arundhati Roy and Bernardine Evaristo to Emily Henry, Richard Osman, Dr Rangan Chatterjee and Ben Macintyre.
We are a curious, collaborative team that starts with readers, stays alert to cultural change, and focuses effort where it will have the greatest impact. You will be independently leading the strategy and executing marketing activity on a of non-fiction titles. You will also be co-marketer on a select number of high priority titles, supporting the campaign lead on key elements of the campaign.

Circa £33,000 depending on how your skills and experience align to the role, plus bonus and benefits.
While our offices across the UK are places to connect, collaborate and celebrate with colleagues, we recognise that flexibility around where you work is just as important. For this role we expect that you will work from our London office in Embassy Gardens, attending key meetings and working as part of the team usually three days per week, with remote working on the other days. We are open to discussing the exact balance of office to remote working through the recruitment process.
