We are committed to conscious inclusion to create a sense of belonging, connection and shared purpose within our teams. We know it’s the right thing to do, and we know it will make us all happier, fulfilled, and successful in our work. You can also find a copy of our current Gender Pay Gap and we are continuing to build our roadmap of creating a more diverse and inclusive workforce.

What’s it all about?

We are on the lookout for a talented Senior Partnerships Manager, responsible for hitting new business revenue targets across schools, colleges and Multi Academy Trusts (MATs). You’re an experienced education sales professional with a passion for, as well as a deep understanding of, selling to schools. We’re at an exciting inflection point with a changing funding environment as well as a richer product set - we want to build strategic relationships with our school partners to keep growing our impact in the space.

Build and leverage your network: Continue to grow your network with key stakeholders across the space - MAT CEOs, Headteachers, College Principals etc - to enable MyTutor to build strategic and lasting relationships, and capitalise on new opportunities.

Identify new opportunities: Keep your finger on the pulse re competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities. Use sales opportunities as discovery opportunities to seek out routes for growth in our school base.

KPI tracking and reporting: Keep your finger on the pulse of metrics you own through daily, weekly and monthly tracking, keep key stakeholders updated on performance and take accountability for turning the dial up/down on focus areas depending on results.

Team management: Lead and develop a team of 3 - a New Biz Education Partnerships Manager and 2 Sales Development Reps - to enable them to achieve sales success.
