A growing UK-based manufacturer is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end operations, ensuring compliance with HACCP, GMP, and BRC standards. The successful candidate will lead operations across production, quality assurance, and logistics, driving continuous improvement and efficiency. This senior role involves decision-making authority and direct reporting to the Managing Director. I am recruiting on behalf of a growing UK-based manufacturer supplying ambitious brands in highly regulated markets. This business is known for strong quality systems, well-engineered products and operational discipline, and is now seeking an experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of site operations.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Operations Manager will have full responsibility for end‑to‑end operations, including production, quality assurance, procurement, stock control and logistics. This is a hands‑on leadership role with genuine authority, suited to someone who thrives on structure, accountability and continuous improvement.
You will ensure all operations are compliant with HACCP, GMP and BRC standards, while driving efficiency, scalability and on‑time delivery.
