A healthcare organization in Thatcham is looking for a part-time Band 3 Phlebotomist to join their outstanding team. This role involves ensuring patient comfort during blood collection, accurately labelling specimens, and dealing courteously with patients. Applicants should have a minimum of 6 months' phlebotomy experience and necessary GCSE qualifications. The position offers flexible working and a salary range of £24,937 to £26,598 pro-rata.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part-time, enthusiastic Band 3 Phlebotomist to join our CQC rated 'Outstanding' Trust.
Based at West Berkshire Community Hospital, you will be working with a team of Phlebotomists. The department is expanding its opening hours and will be open between Monday to Friday between 08:00-18:00 hrs and on alternative Saturday mornings between 08:00-13:00 hrs. We are a busy, dynamic department and would like to hear from suitable qualified people.
You will have had recent phlebotomy experience (minimum 6 months) and are expected to complete our local competency assessments.
This post is 30 hours per week
