Job summary

A dynamic logistics firm in Cirencester is seeking warehouse operatives to manage stock efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for loading and unloading lorries, picking and packing products, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness. The ideal candidate is adaptable, has a R.I.T.T.B accredited Counterbalance Licence, and is able to work as part of a small team. This full-time role offers a pay rate of £12.21 per hour with opportunities for permanent placement based on performance.

Qualifications

• CB License preferred; training for other MHE skills available.
• Must be able to pick and pack products averaging 20kgs.
• Must learn dispatch systems and perform stock checks.

• Ensure safe and efficient movement of stock in the warehouse.
• Unload/load lorries with pallets including 3M.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse.

About the Role:

Are you ready to become part of a fast-paced and diverse warehouse environment? As a member of our client steam, you will be responsible for ensuring stock moves through the warehouse safely and efficiently. Our clients multifunctional warehouse means you'll be involved in various areas.

Adaptability and forward-thinking are essential.

What We're Looking For:

• CB License preferred we will train other MHE skills
• Pick and pack all products average weight 20kgs (can't be afraid of heights)
• Learn the dispatch systems
• Unload and load lorry's with pallets including 3m
• Regular rolling stock checks
• Warehouse condition ensure clean and tidy
• H&S Aware work safely at all times
• Work as part of a team, very important as we are a small team.
• Work 10:00 until 18:30 half hour lunch break.
• R.I.T.T.B Accredited Counterbalance Licence required
• Require Own Transport no public Buses

Shift Patterns:

• Middle Shift: 10 am - 18.30 pm Monday to Friday

Pay Rate:

£12.21 per hour
