Would you like to work with a highly skilled and experienced multidisciplinary team? Do you enjoy working with individuals to understand their care needs and ensure they receive high quality care and support? An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Practitioner, with experience in working with people with a learning disability, to develop their skills in this area by joining our Learning Disability and Autism Service. Due to the nature of this role applicants should have a valid driving licence and access to their own transport. We are looking for an Assistant Practitioner who is keen to work with people with learning disabilities and Autism who have complex health needs, challenging behavior, and/or mental health needs.
