If you're hands-on, reliable, and confident leading teams in fast-paced environments, this role offers the opportunity to take ownership on-site and make a real impact.
- Rapid response to reactive and emergency jobs, including evenings and weekends
- Lead and support technicians and agency staff on-site
- Deliver cleaning, waste, and site services in line with safety and quality standards
- Log all job details and updates accurately using company tablets
- Conduct vehicle safety checks and ensure vans are clean and stocked
- Assist with training, operational support, and service improvements
- Uphold Health & Safety, quality, and compliance standards at all times
- Experience in both reactive and planned works
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and strong time management
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
