You will represent nationally recognised brands and contribute to building campaigns that deliver both commercial outcomes and brand integrity.

• Lead and coach a team of direct sales representatives across residential, event, and B2C campaigns
• Ensure client KPIs, compliance standards, and operational protocols are consistently met
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new representatives
• Analyse team performance and implement improvement strategies
• Collaborate with senior leadership on business growth and development plans
• Uphold high standards of professionalism while representing the brand(s) in the field

• Demonstrates natural leadership and resilience under pressure
• Has excellent interpersonal skills and a strong grasp of customer service or sales fundamentals
• Highly self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Professional, well-presented, and committed to delivering brand-aligned communication
• Interested in long-term development within a commercial sales environment

• A structured, merit-based pathway to Managing Partner level
• Year 1 earnings: £35,000–£50,000 OTE (performance-based), with uncapped commission opportunities
• Ongoing mentorship and leadership development support
• Exposure to the operational, financial, and strategic aspects of business management
