We have an incredible opportunity for a Transformation Director to come onboard with us, playing a key role in driving the strategic portfolio of business improvement and transformation projects across the firm, as part of the Transformation team and wider Operations Department.
It's the perfect role for an "all-rounder" - someone who wants to lead on project delivery, the identification and implementation of improvements, and change management. We're looking for someone who will not only guide senior stakeholders through the process and journey of change, but also take a people-centric approach to lead the Transformation Team and define the future strategy of the team.
You'll have experience leading large, complex project and programmes - as well as leading people. You'll be comfortable with both the detail of delivery, as well as taking a blue-sky view to create a vision that will guide the team through the next three years and beyond.
The role can be based out of any of our office locations, so we're open to applications from anywhere across the country.
