Salary: £30,000 – £35,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a RIBA chartered practice who provide expert design services across the residential, commercial, industrial, and leisure sectors. They are on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Architect to hit the ground running for their growing team based in Cheshire.

To be successful in applying for the role of Architect, the individual will need to be ARB registered with relevant post part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice. The successful individual will need to be able to boast design flair and demonstrate proficiency with AutoCAD, as well as strong technical detailing and drawing skills. The successful individual will have good knowledge of UK building regulations and multi-building sector experience.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architect:

• ARB registered
• Successfully completed your RIBA part 3 qualification
• Proficient with AutoCAD
• Relevant experience as an Architect within a UK practice
• Strong technical detailing and drawing skills
• Specialist sector experience or experience working on projects across a range of sectors such as commercial, residential, or industrial
• Good knowledge of UK building regulations and codes
• Ability to work well independently and within a team
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Full UK Driver’s License
