Logistics Team Leader - Nights

Who we are looking for:

Logistics Team Leader responsible for Unitstrut and Flexicon pick, pack, and dispatch. Support inventory accuracy, warehouse housekeeping, process improvement, and customer complaints.

What you’ll do:

• Supervise the team to promote best practices and ensure reliable production.
• Lead and set standards for team operations, taking full accountability for performance.
• Develop and implement best practices and new processes for improved performance.
• Achieve departmental and site KPI’s and SDP’s.
• Monitor employee attendance, lateness, and conduct return-to-work interviews, taking disciplinary action if necessary.
• Represent the area and company during internal meetings, contributing to company development.
• Supervise pick, pack, and dispatch activities.
• Distribute workload according to plan adherence.
• Identify training needs and ensure effective delivery and record-keeping of training activities.
• Follow company escalation procedures.
• Implement 5S and lean tools and techniques.
• Support other Logistics Team Leaders during absences.
• Lead stand-down meetings.
• Report performance to the Logistics Supervisor.
• Implement processes to reduce customer complaints.
• Support employee wellbeing initiatives.
• Promote company core values and align team efforts with the company mission.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, participate in hazard spotting and risk assessments.
• Reach and maintain a valid FLT license.

Hours of work: 39 hours, Sunday to Wednesday 10pm to 6am, Thursday 10pm to 5am.

Salary depends on experience.
