Job summary
A reputable car dealership in Truro seeks a General Sales Manager to lead a team and drive marketing strategies. The position offers a basic salary of £35,000 with an OTE of £80,000, and the role requires working Monday to Saturday with a day off during the week.

Skills
We are currently recruiting for a General Sales Manager to join our Client’s highly respected franchised car dealership in Truro.
- £35,000 Basic Salary, £80,000 OTE
- Monday to Saturday, Day off in the week in lieu (No Sundays!) 43.5hrs per week
- Opportunity to join an established group with training and progression
- Lead, manage and motivate a team of automotive professionals, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourced.
- Develop and roll out dealership marketing and publicity strategies to support objectives.
- Support the dealerships to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure dealership activities are conducted in line with our clients, manufacturer and regulatory requirements.
- Sell and Buy Vehicles
- Have a proven track record within the role
- Be results driven with a key focus on meeting objectives
- Adaptable, analytical and a strong communicator
