A leading recruitment agency is looking for a Sales Manager to lead and grow the wholesale business of a premium British brand. The role involves driving growth across various sales channels, building relationships with clients, and representing the brand at industry events. Ideal candidates should have a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the food or hospitality sectors, and possess strong negotiation skills. This is a hybrid position based in the Cotswolds.

Are you a commercially driven Sales Manager with a passion for fine food and hospitality? We're looking for a strategic, energetic individual to lead and grow the wholesale business of a well-established, premium British brand. You'll join a passionate team at the heart of the UK's artisan food scene, working in a flexible hybrid setup based out of a beautiful Cotswolds location.

Responsibilities
  • Drive growth across wholesale sales channels including hotels, restaurants, retailers such as garden centres and delis plus corporate clients
  • Build and manage relationships with both new and existing customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and negotiate commercial deals with both existing and new customers
  • Represent the business at industry events and trade shows
  • Work closely with colleagues to align sales strategies with wider business goals
  • Maintain CRM systems and provide regular performance reporting
What we're looking for
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in food, beverage, or hospitality sectors - however, this is not essential
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
