Overview

Sales Manager - PropTech

Location: Liverpool Street, London

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm (early finish on Fridays)

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 basic, £80,000+ OTE

The Role

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone with proven experience in property or related sales environments. The successful candidate will manage and motivate a team and also take personal responsibility for driving revenue and securing deals. The role combines sales leadership, compliance oversight, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Consultants to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Drive individual and team pipelines, consistently securing new business and closing deals.
  • Oversee property listings to ensure competitive pricing and efficient turnaround.
  • Uphold compliance standards, including AML checks and relevant UK property regulations.
  • Resolve escalated client issues promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor KPIs, delivering regular performance feedback and training.
  • Contribute to sales forecasting, reporting, and overall business strategy.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, process improvement, and customer experience enhancement.

  • Proven track record in property or PropTech sales, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UK property regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing and motivating small sales teams.
