Responsibilities
- Manage and guide customers through all stages of the car sales process.
- Administer the finance process as a Sales Manager ensuring the customer understands the process.
- Work closely with a team of Sales Executives to ensure they deliver exceptional service that puts the customer at the heart of everything they do.
- Involve stock control, used car valuations, competitor analysis and pricing, forecourt display and advertising as a Sales Manager.
- Provide a world-class experience in the car sales process as a Sales Manager.
- Deal with a range of customers from diverse backgrounds and backgrounds as a Sales Manager.
- Motivate the team to drive sales and nurture, coach and develop the team to ensure high standards of customer service.
- Utilise back-office support and proactive appointment generation to increase personal revenue and earning potential as a Sales Manager.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Sales Manager, Showroom Manager, or Retail Sales Manager is ESSENTIAL.
- Highly confident, dynamic, personable, and driven.
- Ability to mentor and coach as a Sales Manager.
- Fun, bubbly character to fit the culture of the business.
