Overview

Sales Manager • Full Time Permanent • Location: Stoke • Hours: 42.5 Hours Per Week / 5 days per week • Basic Salary: £35,000.00 Per Annum OTE £70,000.00 Per Annum • Benefits: 28 Days Annual Leave Entitlement Incl Bank Holidays, Free Car Parking, lengthy career prospects. Fantastic team and culture

Responsibilities
  • Manage and guide customers through all stages of the car sales process.
  • Administer the finance process as a Sales Manager ensuring the customer understands the process.
  • Work closely with a team of Sales Executives to ensure they deliver exceptional service that puts the customer at the heart of everything they do.
  • Involve stock control, used car valuations, competitor analysis and pricing, forecourt display and advertising as a Sales Manager.
  • Provide a world-class experience in the car sales process as a Sales Manager.
  • Deal with a range of customers from diverse backgrounds and backgrounds as a Sales Manager.
  • Motivate the team to drive sales and nurture, coach and develop the team to ensure high standards of customer service.
  • Utilise back-office support and proactive appointment generation to increase personal revenue and earning potential as a Sales Manager.
Requirements
